Our Soft Skills Program equips participants with the interpersonal, professional, and emotional intelligence competencies essential for long-term success in any career path.

Our 6–12 Month Programs at The Shop are designed for individuals ready to invest in a long-term pathway to professional growth, job readiness, and economic stability.

Our Financial Literacy Program empowers participants with the knowledge and tools to take control of their money — turning each paycheck into a pathway to independence and stability.

At The Shop, we know that who you know can be just as important as what you know. Our Networking Events are designed to connect participants with real people, real opportunities, and real community.

Our Technical Skills Training program delivers hands-on instruction in high-demand trades and technical fields, equipping participants with the competencies employers are actively seeking.

We help participants turn hard work into recognized achievement. Our Trade Certification Program prepares individuals to earn industry-standard credentials that are respected by employers across the region and beyond.

FAITH BASED MENTORSHIIP
Our Faith-Based Mentorship program provides personal guidance rooted in Christian values, offering participants a space for encouragement, accountability, and spiritual growth as they journey through life and work.
